During the week of March 2-6, 2015 the Palm Springs Museum of Art hosted me for a brushmaking and ceramic workshop for their 2015 master spring workshop series. It was a success and I will be presenting at the museum again for their 2016 workshop season for a three day workshop from March 2,3 and 4. Looking forward to posting detailed information about this workshop on my future workshop site, www.grishkoffbrushes.com. This workshop was in conjunction with sumi artist Andy Kay and performance artist Simion Den. Amazing work resulted and I'm looking forward to exploring some new ideas next spring!
During a solo presentation, January through February, 2015, I presented a wide variety of brushes, photos and ceramic ink wells at Hancock Community College in Santa Maria, CA. On February 18th I presented, to the public and college community, a collaborative performance involving students. A three day workshop from Feb 18- 20 and class presentations were presented to ceramic, painting and sculpture students. This event was memorable for both myself and the students. Check out the video of the performance on my video page of this site.
